What if we go over the monthly hours?
We flag it before we cross the line, never after. You decide whether to raise the block that month or roll the work to the next.
Can you maintain a site we did not build?
Yes. We start with a short audit of the codebase and hosting, then take over the queue. Most handovers take a few days.
Do you cover emergencies?
Retainers include a response window for urgent issues like a down site or a broken checkout. We agree the window when we set up the retainer.
