APIs and integrations that connect everything
Most products fail at the seams, where one system has to talk to another. We build the APIs and the glue that move data cleanly between a front end, a CRM, a payment processor, and whatever else the client runs.
What this covers
Whether you need a new API designed from scratch or a stubborn third-party service wired in, we build the integration layer and document it so it does not become a black box.
- REST and GraphQL APIs designed, built, and documented
- Third-party integrations: CRMs, ERPs, payment, email, and analytics
- Webhooks, queues, and scheduled data syncs
- Authentication, rate limiting, and error handling done right
- OpenAPI docs so your team can extend it later
How it works
1. Map the data
We document every system, field, and edge case before writing code.
2. Design the contract
Endpoints, payloads, and auth agreed and documented up front.
3. Build and harden
Validation, retries, and logging so failures are visible, not silent.
4. Document and hand off
OpenAPI spec, a Postman collection, and a runbook for your team.
Common questions
Can you integrate a service that has bad documentation?
Yes. Half of integration work is reverse-engineering an under-documented API. We trace the real behavior, handle the edge cases, and write the docs the vendor should have.
Do you build the front end too, or just the API?
Either. Many teams hire us for the API layer alone, while their developers own the UI. We can do both if you want one team across the stack.
How do you handle authentication and security?
OAuth, API keys, or token auth as the integration requires, with rate limiting, input validation, and secrets kept out of the codebase.
What happens when a third-party API changes?
We build with versioning and monitoring so a breaking change surfaces fast. On a retainer we patch it; on a project we leave a runbook so your team can.
